I feel blessed to have find Irina! I didn’t know much about who she was but I was curious about the Human Design she was offering.

I started working with her once a week for 3 months and it was truly a life changing experience.

I was stuck in negativity but I was barely aware of it. I was lacking energy and feeling pretty depleted and helpless.

Irina helped me understand the programs that were running me in the background and she gently and lovingly helped me to finally see through a window that opened in my mind and understand why I was filled with self doubts. She guided me to learn to love myself, to correct the negative thinking by becoming aware of that inner voice that was never cheering me up or had any compassion.

Through powerful guided visualizations exercises the shift within me happened and by implementing some of these visualization daily my brain has shifted, well being and a calm loving energy is becoming my regular experience rather than the anxious helpless victim state I was stuck in.

It takes time to change patterns that have been in place since childhood, becoming aware of these programs that run us but we never agreed to is key. Having someone who is clever and has the ability to see these programs and guide you in a loving way is a true gift. Irina is a gift.
