About the Founder

​

Irina is a founder and CEO of WealthyProjector — she is the visionary and a guide who blends Human Design, blockchain innovation, and decades of efficiency mastery to help people build wealth with flow, not force. 

As a rare Human Design Ego Projector (found in less than 1 % of the population), Irina is wired to create material abundance through strategic observation and alignment.

She spent over 20 years in elite corporate roles — from IT project management to systems analysis and application development — in organizations like 1199SEIU and AXA Equitable. Yet, even while achieving external success, she felt misaligned with the traditional “work harder” paradigm.

​

Her transformation deepened after a painful crypto capital loss in 2019, which pushed her to master blockchain protocols, wallet security, and DeFi strategies. Today, she educates and empowers Projectors and energy-types worldwide to build sustainable, passive income structures through aligned technology — without the burnout and struggle.
